Our apartments are located on the southeast side of the island of Vis, near the bay of Milna in the small village of Ženka, offering a beautiful open-sea view. The town of Vis is only 8 km away, and the town of Komiža is 12 km from us. All our apartments are well-equipped for your comfort, featuring fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms with open-sea views. All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with plasma TVs. They are just 40 meters from the sea. Within a 4 km radius, you’ll find beautiful sandy and pebble beaches. Our guests can use the outdoor garden grill and enjoy summer evenings with Dalmatian-style garden furniture, all with an open-sea view. Each apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. A small market is located just 1 km from the apartments, and larger supermarkets can be found in the town of Vis, 7 km away. Fresh pastries, fruits, and vegetables are available for purchase every day from a car that stops directly in front of the apartments. Our guests are provided with parking spaces directly in front of the apartments.

For stays of less than 3 nights, the price increases by 30%
The fee for your pet (dog or cat) is 10 EUR per day of your stay.
The rental prices are based on 2 or 3 people. We can accommodate one or two additional guests in the living room or bedroom on an extra bed for an additional 20 EUR per night, per person
To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival.
The local tourist tax is 4 EUR per person (over 12 years old) per night.
Cancellation Conditions:
If you cancel your trip more than 90 days before your arrival, there is no cancellation fee, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation less than 45 days before your arrival.
If you cancel your stay early, you will be charged 100% of the price for the remaining nights originally booked.
